Galaxy S24
A bit disappointed with the Note 24 Ultra by Samsung as you are limiting use of spatial audio to only the Samsung Ear Buds. My wife has the Pixel 9 and am able to use them on her phone with no issue. Truthfully, this is wrong by you to restrict a user of a technology that is open to others on different mobile devices by forcing people to purchase a Samsung specific product.
This restriction has cost Samsung any further business from my family. As of today, this business model of Samsungs has swayed us to purchase GE appliances. We had a washer/dryer from Samsung but they are being replaced with high end GE products. The S24 Ultra I am currently using is being returned to the carrier for either a refund or replaced with a Google Pixel 9. My Samsung Watch will also be returned. The Samsung TVs we have will also be replaced with a different brand as well in the upcoming months.
We have enjoyed Samsung as we have loved many of the features available but am wondering how much we have missed out on with being brand loyal. And us being enlightened on your business practices, we will be moving on.
**side note... wondering if this could be considered a monopolistic business practice as you are forcing customers to purchase your product to enable features? Similar to how customers were forced by Microsoft to use their browser? Makes you wonder if this could have legal implications for such a small feature.
