They heard you, Samsung has brought back the ability to hide your Navigation Bar and Swipe Gestures.

You will have to download Goodlock and specially NavStar once installed toggled on NavStar, Enable extra gesture settings.

Go to settings. Display, navigation, show more, have fun again.

Ps. If you already have both apps and you are not seeing those options, Open Goodlick again scroll to NavStar, tap on the more, go to store, there will be an update waiting. For some reason it isn't showing up in updates

I see what you're saying now. Thanks for explaining. I've been using the gesture hints bar with swipe from side to go back and never thought to turn off the gesture hint. Now that I see everyone complaining I see how it pisses off the people that used the invisible buttons and the turning off of the gesture hints. I turned off the hints and do like that better but still prefer swiping from the side to go back so it won't be a show stopper for me. Hopefully Samsung gets this sorted.

See how the navigation bar is different. There is nothing obstructing the screen. No lines or symbols on the s23 ultra.

There's nothing obstructing the screen on swipe either. Everything works exactly the same.

No it does not, For some reason, no one has mentioned this up to this point in this thread, but it does not work the same.  I cannot use swipe gestures at all any more, as a basic function has been removed.  Try turning on swipe gestures, and then try to close an app.  No option exists to do so.  you swipe in from right bottom and Back is triggered.  You swipe in from from left bottom and Back is triggered.  How do you close an app with swipe gestures enabled?  You cant, that is how.  you must go into the screen and disable the swipe gestures then hit the hamburger menu then close your app then go back and enable the swipe gestures.  This is not how it worked before in the slightest, sure back and home are the same, what about recent apps?

If you want the line to disappear, turn off the circle to search option.

It does not dissappear. And I'm saying why remove a great feature when people never complained?

I didn't think anyone still used the buttons anyway. Swipe gesture is way easier.
