They heard you, Samsung has brought back the ability to hide your Navigation Bar and Swipe Gestures.

You will have to download Goodlock and specially NavStar once installed toggled on NavStar, Enable extra gesture settings.

Go to settings. Display, navigation, show more, have fun again.

Ps. If you already have both apps and you are not seeing those options, Open Goodlick again scroll to NavStar, tap on the more, go to store, there will be an update waiting. For some reason it isn't showing up in updates

So with the recent release of the S24 ultra and it's respective operative system, it came to notice that there was a change in swipe gestures, where it used to be 3 gestures on the bottom of the phone, and when playing full screen videogames, when placing the phone horizontally, had to move any gesture on the side (bottom of the phone) so that notifications would appear or to leave the game.

Now, with the gesture changes, when using phone horizontally for games, it led to just make any gesture to any side of the screen so that notifications would pop up, causing issues when playing certain videogames that require moving around. This is quite an annoying feature now, because before I used to move the move pad moving finger from bottom to any part of screen and game continued as usual , but these changes are for the worse when it comes to play games in the phone!!! Does anyone have any idea if this can be fixed? Or is it a thing to bring up Ssung for a future update.

Bring it up with Google. With a lot of the AI stuff added to use them requires Google design requirements. If Google would relax on the requirements then Samsung could add the "old" gestures back.

Also if you get used to the "gestures" you won't have the problems you are having. Personally been using the Android default since almost when they were made default.

I saw in other post people said that install goodlock samsung app. There is an option in there to bring back the "old" gestures. I haven't personally tried it.

I just tried to switch it in good lock, but it doesn't work.
Can you tell me how you got it to work?

This doesn't restore the original samsung gestures we're all wanting back sadly.

Swiping up on the left is not showing all open apps like it used to. I have Nav Star set to enable old gestures and swipe gestures in settings. What else needs to be done?
