They keep deleting complaints about one ui 7

Whh do yall keep deleting our complaints about one ui 7? This is crazy. Then the post yall point to says it's the carriers fault we having got it yet not samsungs and that's insane. I am so so disappointed in samsung right now with sucks because I've been a life long samsung user.

Of course they delete them. They are cowards and the truth hurts. There is no accountability with them at all. I equate them with customer service reps from Amazon! They are incompetent and they read out of books and off of screens. They are not knowledgeable off the top of their heads. They do not know what any other department is doing just like all the other departments do not know what they are doing. They don't want anyone to know that they have no clue what's going on so the BS their way through everything and hope that you are more ignorant than they are. They consistently make lies that they cannot keep and they know it! And even though their calls are recorded and at the same time all of the calls are transcribed, they will deny that they said what they actually said! This is why it's soon as the new Moto Razr + 2025 comes out, I'm trading in my Samsung Galaxy flip 6, happily!
(Oh, and to anyone who will complain about the fact that I just made one giant paragraph instead of making this grammatically correct... I... DON'T... CARE!!!) LOL

Samsung are known to delete duplicate posts about the same subject. People who have actual problems with their phones don't want to have to wade through pages and pages of multiple threads complaining about OneUI 7.

I don't mind waiting a bit. It's annoying, but it's still better than having Samsung rush something out to customers that isn't finished or has a lot of bugs in it. OneUI 7 is more complicated than previous versions have been, so it's understandable that it's going to take a bit longer to release.

They don't delete them, they move them into a single thread, so that the message boards aren't all cluttered up with multiple posts on the same issue. They will delete duplicate posts by the same author on the same subject.

They actually deleted a post where I asked if anyone had received the latest update for the S25U if you can believe that??? They even sent me a message letting me know it was deleted because my question should have been directed to my carrier! 😂

Yeah they are not doing themselves any favors by ignoring our comments and just deleting them. The badge collectors all jump on and say they have every right to censor or delete comments because it is their sight, but we are their customers and have every right to give a review of the service or product. Then they say it is not deleted but moved to a another comment that address the issues because that issue is resolved, but they aren't addressing the issues and just trying to delete anything saying that they are failing. Under my profile it shows the posts and comments are gone. Then they say it is to avoid clutter. Yeah right. That is what a search bar is for. And if they are worried about clutter why do they allow multiple spam malware comments (posts labeled Tutorial Leak) to be posted every couple of minutes.

I'm beginning to wonder if maybe Samsung is further north in the Korea's then I imagined they were.

It's only updates guys. The world will keep turning without them. Some you are nuts. When their done testing the betas The updates will come to us.Chill!!
