Hello,

Since I got my new S24 earlier this year I am not able to access an app. It is called Remote Care 24/7, used to get messages from my mother's fall protection device. I was able to get alerts on my previous Samsung phone. I checked with the device company and their tech said that it is not on their side.

My brother who has an iphone has no problem viewing the app.

Really appreciate your help. Far far from a tech guy and unsure of recovery mode affecting anything else on my phone as it is currently set up, haha.

It won't mess anything up. Even if you accidentally hit rrset, it asks you if you are sure and you can always restore your backup.

The s24 series can only support 64 bit apps. If the app you can't access is older, it may be a 32 bit app and that may be why it doesn't work.
