Touchscreen Fail

Hi @samsung

I have a new S24 Ultra and the touchscreen has stopped functioning. The S Pen works, but finger touch functionality does not. I have tried multiple force restarts, but nothing. The only thing that resolves the problem temporarily is a factory reset.

Is there a fix for this?

Spending over $2k on a phone and having these problems is frustrating to, say the least.

Request a warranty repair or replacement. $2K wow? Mine only was about $1.2K.

@Crivita Have you tried booting into safe mode?

If it works properly while booted in safe mode, you have a 3rd party app causing this issue. To boot in safe mode, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
