Transfer prepaid card balance to my bank?

Any suggestions? I've gone through everything on here and tried what was shared but I don't see the Pay Cash button in my Samsung Wallet.

I done think that's possible. The wallets are used as a purchasing system not a money/balance transfer method. However it's possible to take card to the bank and cash it out, or buy something with it and request the remainder of the balance on the card in cash.
