I just noticed this yesterday but apparently it's been like this for at least a month my Garmin watch won't back up the data ( steps, heart rate stuff like that) to my phone and but the watch is still connected I get notifications on my watch (text messages emails) and if I do a workout it will save on my phone in the app just not the day to day data. In the process of troubleshooting it I went to account management and I saw the Garmin app and it says "Sync off for all items" but the auto sync option is on and it's just not that account every other account it says that and it doesn't let me change it even if I turn it off and turn it back on it makes no difference anyone that have any idea what it might be?
