Turn off screen while charging 24 Ultra

When ever I charge my 24 Ultra, the screen stays on as if AOD is on. I have AOD turned off. Suggestions.

Make sure the "show lock screen wallpaper" is switched off

I actually have the whole AOD turned off.

I'm about to turn mine off too. I feel like the adaptive brightness is messing with everything on the phone. It keeps turning itself on even after u turn it off smn

Ok... this one is on me. I had a Routine running during charging that would turn on AOD. D'OH!

New always on display is horrible

Unfortunately I never used it on my 22U so I have nothing to compare.
