Weather Solid Black Wallpaper

The light blue wallpaper with solid white lettering makes for a hard read. Is there a way to make the Weather App wallpaper solid black?

You can always use a different weather app.  You can add one of the transparent weather widgets to your home screen and that way the current weather will blend with your wallpaper and you won't have to actually open the weather app unless you need more detail.  It really is kind of inept to make a low contrast app so people with any kind of vision deficit can't use it.
