When I awakened this morning and turned on my phone, I was met with horrible psychedelic like graphics on my phone, all screens. Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do?

Have you rebooted your phone to see if it went away? Did you download or visit any websites yesterday night before bed?

I rebooted, it hasn't gone away. No, I didn't visit any sites before going to bed.

I backed up my phone, then reset it. Nothing happened, it's still messed up. Mine is aS24+ by the way.

Is the phone functional?  Have you tried changing/reapplying the wallpaper/theme? Is it possible for you to add a screenshot?

Changing the Theme corrected a large part of the problem, but not everything. I proceeded in checking and changing a lot of Settings. At some point, I must have hit the right one, it's back to normal now. My mind is failing me a lot now, I have a harder time keeping it up. Thank you all, problem resolved.

I reapplied my original theme, that corrected the basic theme screen, but a lot of the screen special effects, etc. are still messed up. I'll keep working on it and will try to provide a screenshot.

I googled the screenshot of your "weird graphics" and it's a pretty common home screen wallpaper.  You should be able to change it in the usual manner:  Long-press any home page and select "Wallpaper and style" at the bottom of the screen.

It could be that someone is changing your wallpaper as a prank, so set/change a lock screen key, and set your phone to lock itself if you're not using it.  If you don't live alone, disable the smart lock function that unlocks the phone when you're in a particular location, since it might be unlocking itself when you're home.
