Why I can't find the option to enroll in the One Ui 7 beta

I have a S24 ultra and I am in the US. But I can't find the bubble notice for joining the One Ui 7 beta program. I have tried a lot for last months. But don't see the option

They only allow so many users into the program.

Because the banner only shows for T mobile and factory unlocked U1 models and since the Beta is closed now no new devices can participate

If the Model number ends with U1 you would have seen the banner 2 months ago when it was open to join but since the beta is almost over and full now no one can join it

Some carriers do not support beta

If you have an unlocked S24 with a model number ending with U1, your phone was eligible to join the beta regardless of your carrier.
