After so many issues to let us trade in our Z Fold 4s, they should bump up the trade in value to $650 for the inconveniences. I lost my chance of getting a nice color case to match my phone, and other things are now sold out, too. Soon the color I wanted will be gone, too. This is so frustrating.

The customer service guy made a special cart and sent me an email. Tried placing an order and I got an error for payment. This z fold trade in is causing such a headache

Tried pre-ordering S24U with trade-in of Z Fold4. The price shows $600 at the initial window, but at checkout it is showing as $0.00

This whole pre-ordering situation is a complete mess today. Samsung please fix it asap. With the accessories going out of stock, there is no use in waiting from more than 8 hours to order.
