My husband passed Jan 17th. Is there a way to get his phone unlocked? I don't know the pin and our wedding photos and other photos of him are on the phone and I want to retrieve them. Can Samsung corporate help if I have a dob certificate?
Do you have his Google account password? The photos should have backed up to Google Photos. Samsung cannot provide you with the pin, as it was set by your husband and only exists on the phone. The only way to clear it would be to reset the phone, but then you'd lose anything on it anyway. I don't know why the two of you chose to only have one set of photos and only chose to keep them on one device, but unless you can figure out his pin or have access to his Google account, you will not be able to retrieve them. If you have a UBreakiFix near you, they may be able to unlock it without erasing it.
