It’s unknown when new spots will open up you have to keep checking.  They will only open if you have T-Mobile or have a factory unlocked device with model number ending with U1

You would need to have T-Mobile or a model number that is 

SM-S___U1 

those are the only ones able to join the beta

I have everything except the U1 is flipped to 1U

So you have T-Mobile you should be able to join when they open it back up for new participants
