Message from Bank says samsung pass deleted for my credit card. But Bank record still shows it present. And it is still usable on my Galaxy phone but not on my Galaxy watch. Cant add to watch because it is not shown as available.

Did you check the import feature for the card? If a vard is available for import, you can't add it manually or by scanning.
