Ive been denied warranty repairs for all of my Samsung phones if there's barely a scratch on it, and they say it voids the warranty. Anything that can be felt with a fingernail voids the warranty according to the paperwork from Samsung sent to uBreakiFix. Been to multiple locations over the span of 4 years and have been shown the paperwork and told the same thing.
