I used to be able to save videos in slow-mo (0.5, 0.25 speed) and they would playback smoothly at the slow downed speed.
Now, when I save the video at a slowed down speed of 0.5 etc. the playback becomes really choppy.
My video settings haven't changed. Both old and new videos are shot in the following settings: -1080x1920 -FHD -HEVC -AAC -30fps
I might also mention that instant slow-mo currently works smoothly (when you hold down on the original video when it is playing, it slows down very smoothly)
