Galaxy S25Hello, When I set an alarm I don't see the clock in the notification panel telling me my alarm is set.

Galaxy S25You find *this* hard to tell when the alarm is activated? If you have no alarm set, the widget will display off. If you have the alarm set, it will show the time of the alarm. At least you don't have to pull down the notification area to see the bubble (and if you can do that, you can pull it down to see the alarm on the secondary status bar). If you have an alarm set for every day, it will show the same all the time. Double tapping the widget on the AOD and single tapping on lock screen will allow you to set or choose a different alarm (or see all the other alarms you currently have set. If you have multiple alarms set for a day, the first alarm will show in the widget, and I imagine once you dismiss the first alarm, the next alarm will show on the widget. You can see the changes in my photos.

Galaxy S25But for me, it makes a difference: no alarm active = no icon. Alarm active = icon .
In the dark and half asleep, it's easier and safer for me to check the alarm clock this way.

Galaxy S25You may be using the wrong widget.
Using the lockstar "app widgets" selection, you will get a different widget selection for the alarms. Using the lock screen widget selection for the area under the clock, will bring up a different widget selection (as shown), and that one will be visible all the time, set alarm or not. As you can see, one set shows "off" with no alarm set and the other set shows the time an alarm is set for, when it's set. You want the first one, not the second one here:

Galaxy S25That's how it looks for me; in a dark room, the difference between Off and the time is too small.

Galaxy S25I have my habits, you have yours. I want an icon when the alarm is active, and no icon when no alarm is set. That's why I'm sticking with One UI 6.1.

Galaxy S25Apparently, that is no longer possible. I don't believe the old way will be coming back either. You may be able to find a third party widget in the Play store that will behave as you want it to on the lock screen and AOD, but that icon is never coming back to the primary status bar.

Galaxy S25I would think your last hope would be looking for another clock app and widget in the Play or Galaxy store. If lockstar didn't add it back yet, it's likely not going to.

Galaxy S25I'm throwing my two cents in here because Samsung had the opportunity to change this, and did not. One UI 8 did not fix the issue of the alarm icon (and bluetooth icon) not showing up on the status bar. It only shows up when sliding down, which makes my status bar useless to me.
