So I bought a renewed watch from Amazon, I go to set the watch up on my phone and I keep having an issue where it will get to about 80% and stop. It won't go past a certain % before just going back to the connection screen. Ive connected said watch to 3 different phones, including another Samsung device and have had no issues whatsoever. Its frustrating to me because I bought a premium phone and I keep having issues with it. I could have gotten another type of watch but I was set on getting the classic for the little moving bezel. Either way I went, reset the watch, restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the wearable app, cleared the cache on both the phone and the app. I even tried that thing where you go into recovery mode and cleared the cache from there. I completely cleared the Bluetooth memory on the phone as well as the wifi/network memory ad well. As far as I know I've tried everything and its ridiculous because it seems like nothing but problems from Samsung nowadays. Just last week I had an issue where both the playstore and youtube were basically non functional. Playstore wouldn't install apps and youtube would load but wouldn't stream videos, it fixed itself but I was tearing my hair out trying to find a solution for that.

If anyone has any suggestions for anything I havent tried I'm open to trying them. I am out of ideas and just waiting for Samsung to fix whatever is going on at this point, whenever they actually decide to actually fix it that is.

If you have the same device connected to multiple phone, remove the watch from everything else including your S25U. Open setting/General management/Rest/Rest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings and then hit the rest button. Reconnect your Wi-Fi and then pair your S25U and the watch again. See if that helps.

If you were able to connect it to other Samsung phones, obviously the watch is not defective.  There may be an issue with the S25 and connecting the watch.  Did you remove the watch from the other phones before connecting it to the S25?  It's one phone per watch, but you can have multiple watches on a phone.  When trying to connect the watch to the S25, did you use the "transfer watch to new phone" method or just try to connect it as new?  If all else fails, you need to put in an error report with Samsung so they can identify the issue and give guidance.  If you are unaware, error reporting can be done through the support tab of the members app.  Choose send feedback, choose your device, describe your issue, allow the logs to be uploaded (this can take a while, and you cannot close the members app until the log upload is complete).

Yes I reset the watch each time I connected to a different phone. I'll go ahead and send the feedback to Samsung. Thank you for that.

This is exactly the problem I have.. I get to somewhere between 76 and 80% and it just fails. I thought it was my watch and I actually ended up buying a new one on Amazon but it has the same problem.
