Galaxy S25I recently switched from an S23 to an S25. Now in using My Files I see internal storage and OneDrive but even though OneDrive shows to be connected and logged in there are no files shown (I have lots of files on OneDrive). Tapping Sync makes it look like it is syncing but still no files show. What can I do to give access to OneDrive files in My Files?

Galaxy S25I can still see the files in the OneDrive app.
I reported it via Samsung Members app -> Support-> Send feedback.
I tried it on 3 different devices.

Galaxy S25@jimns Uninstalling updates did make it work for me. I then re-applied the updates and it was broken. Looks like the last update broke it.
I recommend that everyone report it.

Galaxy S251. Remove and Reconnect OneDrive in Gallery Settings
Open the Gallery app
Go to Menu (three lines) > Settings > Sync with OneDrive
Tap your Microsoft account > Sign out, then sign back in
This often resets the connection system-wide, including in My Files
2. Clear Cache for My Files and Microsoft OneDrive
Go to Settings > Apps > My Files > Storage > Clear cache
Do the same for Microsoft OneDrive
Then reopen My Files and check OneDrive again
3. Ensure File Access Permissions
Go to Settings > Apps > OneDrive > Permissions
Make sure Files and media or Photos and videos is allowed
4. Force Sync from OneDrive App
Open the OneDrive app directly
Navigate through your folders (this may prompt the system to register the directory in My Files)
Then go back to My Files and check under OneDrive
If that still doesnโt work, try removing the Microsoft account completely from the phone and re-adding it. This usually reinitializes sync and restores visibility.
Let us know if it starts showing up after that.
