How to close notification of app using mobile data

Hi guys,

Anyone know how to close this type of notification? I wanna keep the app function under mobile data automatically when the wifi is down, but dont really want to see this notification all the time.

You should be able to hold down on the notification and then go into notification settings to turn it off

Can u not just find out where that notification is coming from then go to that wifi settings or data usage it looks like and turn that part of the notifications off?
