Icons for apps in use

Hello,

In my old (S8+) Samsung, there would be small icons of the apps that were being used. For example, when my podcast app was in use, a small icon would appear next to the LED indicator light. That would allow me to pull down the screen, stop, pause, fast forward, etc. without necessarily leaving another screen.  I cannot get those icons to appear on Samsung S25 ultra. Any suggestions??

In the next update this will be added to the status bar.

Android has the "recent apps list".  You would tap the three lines on the navigation bar to bring up this list and then you can see which apps are still open and switch between them.
