Galaxy S25Have you read any of this thread? If you have AT&T, it's an acknowledged issue that is currently being worked on. Since AT&T tweaked the update before distribution, it's a failure on AT&T's end. You called 1-800-SAMSUNG, which is customer service, not tech support, so no surprise someone would tell you you are the first person to call (it's also probable that you are the first person *that* particular agent encountered with the issue). Many people either put in error reports or came to this forum to inquire. If you are not, in fact, with AT&T, then you have to put in an error report through the feedback link in the support tab of the Members app.
