After the OneUI 8.5 upgrade, video chat with another android phone (even another Samsung phone with oneUI 8.5) fails. It keeps saying "video declined". If the other phone tries the same, they get a "video declined" error as well. This seems to work fine before the upgrade as I would make routine video call.

Just a side note, video calls through google Meet do still work however.

I called 1-800-samsung tried everything to the point where I have to have another phone when I call them back because they think it's the phone because apparently I am the only one that's called them about it

Have you read any of this thread?  If you have AT&T, it's an acknowledged issue that is currently being worked on.  Since AT&T tweaked the update before distribution, it's a failure on AT&T's end.  You called 1-800-SAMSUNG, which is customer service, not tech support, so no surprise someone would tell you you are the first person to call (it's also probable that you are the first person *that* particular agent encountered with the issue).  Many people either put in error reports or came to this forum to inquire.  If you are not, in fact, with AT&T, then you have to put in an error report through the feedback link in the support tab of the Members app.

IT'S FIXED!!! Went to At&t to have them fix my visual voicemail and wound up switching to the new *2.0" service from my original"unlimited your way" family plan, in order to save the $5/line increase that has just came out. I came home a few hours later and randomly my hubby tried to video call me again and lo and behold it worked!

It is a known issue with AT&t, I've been trying to troubleshoot it for a week now and there is nothing they can do between Samsung and AT&t. They keep sending it back and forth to each other
