Galaxy S25It would be helpful if you stated what problems you were having. People may be having problems, but not the same problems as you. Also some problems are fixable, while others may require error reporting. Major problems is not a description and what is major to you may not be major to someone else.

Galaxy S25What do you mean someone is controlling every aspect of it? What behaviors are occurring that would make you think someone else is controlling it? If someone else *is* in control, that would be because you got hacked somehow, by either downloading a bad program, clicking a bad link or someone has access to your accounts or home router. Do you have a vengeful ex? Your best bet would be to go someplace and use an uncompromised device and reset all your account passwords, then factory reset your phone and do not set it up until your Samsung and Google passwords are changed. Change your email password first. Do not install a backup. Install a VPN and always keep it active.
If you went through five phones with the same problem, this is a sure sign that someone has access to your accounts or your home router. Reset your home router, in addition to the previously mentioned advice. Make sure you change the administrator user name and password (don't leave it at the default), and change the network name and password.
