Wife received S25+ four days ago. Screen is so dim It is unusable outdoors. After two calls it could not be fixed. Shipped her trade in two days ago. In order to return the S25, she has to return it, wait until they receive BOTH phones, then they will return her old phone. So...she will be TWO WEEKS WITHOUT A PHONE! NOT ACCEPTABLE!
