Galaxy S25I think it may be the way the apps themselves are programmed for notifications. My experiment failed (somewhat). The notifications are still grouped (I used this app's notifications as the tester), but when I expand it does show me the whole message, which had vexed me that it didn't. The only thing I can suggest for you if you want to distinguish important texts from inconsequential would be to have notification categories on and set a different notification sound for certain conversations. For instance, if you want to know when messages from your wife come through, set that conversation's sound to something different than the app default. If you have sounds turned off, perhaps flagging that conversation as priority would separate it from the herd. Sorry, that's all I got. The other user's suggestion of using Notistar may help but, as I understand it, even with the app shortcut on the lock screen you would still have to open the app, which is not what you want; but at least it only takes one tap to see all your notifications. You can set Notistar to only show the notifications from the apps that bundle. All other notifications will still appear on your screen as normal, I believe. At least if you have to tap the Notistar icon, it's easier than trying to precisely hit the arrow on the bundled notifications.
