Galaxy S25I've been testing the S25 Ultra in Log extensively, and this device can't hit the target frame rate of 24.00fps. It has the worst variable frame rate encoding I've ever seen in a phone.
For example when set to 24.00fps in 4K or 8K Samsung Log, I'll get a final clip that is 23.88fps. Not acceptable for any sort of pro workflow.
The minimum and maximum frame rate in that clip is all over the place too. Some short recordings will have a minimum frame rate of just 4fps!
Can you please resolve this issue? 24fps is not a high frame rate and should be delivered easily. I've never had a phone perform so badly.
As this is marketed as 'pro video' you need to deliver stable frame rates.
Here is a clip inspected with free app Media Info:

Galaxy S25This might be the long-running issue with the S series discussed on the EU forum - link.

Galaxy S25Yes indeed! I was hopeful that marketing the S25 Ultra as a professional video camera would result in them actually creating a professional camera - but alas! Most recent update for S25 Ultra I received yesterday does nothing to correct the poor frame rate adherence nor does it fix the white balance bug for Samsung Log in 'pro' video mode.

Galaxy S25I am having the worst experience with this phone. I upgraded from an iphone14 pro max. ANY video I take in my office (in the same setting) come out degraded, lots of noise in the background and just looks terrible. I'm seriously considering returning the phone if I cannot figure it out.
