I've decided to set multiple wallpapers on my S25 so that I can chose between them as I wish. Unfortunately the choice is not mine as dynamic wallpaper is active even when the wallpaper services setting is on "none". I've seen this is an on going issue since the S20 Ultra. The only solution seems to be hard coding dynamic wallpaper out of the phone which seems extreme.
