Just got my phone and I'm finding that the stylus is randomly not responding. Tested multiple drawing apps and just general web browsing the little cursor always shows but taps or just drawing is 50 50 hit or miss. Tested no magnetic accessories near by still persists. One thing that does work is if I pull the stylus out while the screen is off make and save a note then unlock the phone it works perfectly until the screen dims. Is there a power setting that could be off or something I'm missing?
Are you using a screen protector? If so, turn on "touch sensitivity" by going to settings/Display and scroll down to touch sensitivity and enable that.
No screen protector but I did turn it on any way it definitely improved the performance, but there is definitely now a dead zone on the screen where it's happening I can see. I will probably contact samsung guessing a defect
