Do you have both American English and UK English in your language settings? Go to Settings/General management/Language and see if it there. If it is, hold on the UK English then delete it.
That looks like a typo in HPs print interface. It says both colour and color is selected as the option. Says the same thing in mine. It has nothing to do with the English language version.
