S25 ultra lock screen / AOD activates while receiving a notification and unlocks without biometrics. Especially whenever it is in a pocket even with accedetal touch prevention turned on. This looks to be a bug / security flaw i believe it is slightly at fault with the now bar / brief running. Samsung again **bleep**ted all over their products. Getting tired of lazy developers / engineers and their careless overlooked crappy software. Yet prices go up because of "inflation"

It could be two things why that happenes. Is the body detection on? Go to settings/Lock screen and AOD/Extend Unlock. Use your creds to open that, choose "Got it", then check if the "On-body detection" is turned on and toggle that off. I say this because of the mention when  your device is in your pocket.

The other is a dirty screen protector or hard too see debris on the proximity senor(s).

Also, one can run a diagnostics test using the Members app, clicking on Support at the bottom right then run diagnostics.

Tom thank you for weighing in. The on-body detection is off. No screen protector is used. I think the main reason why this happens is because the screen turns on at the time of receiving the notification. Then it looks when touched immediately it for some reason opens the app receiving the notification without any biometrics input to unlock the phone. I've noticed when the phone is on a table the screen turns on for like a second, because there is no input in that case it just turns off then ( we are still talking about starting the issue from a locked screen). The most important issue in this case is that the security is bypassed for some reason.

This could be happening because if you have your notifications set to show full notification bubble on the lock screen, you can tap it to open the notification and read it.  If you switch your lockscreen notification settings to only show the icon, it should not happen. You are right, in a way, that when the screen turns on in your pocket when the notification comes in, the phone thinks you are tapping the message to view it.  This should not happen with the icon only showing, as the screen does not come on, but you will get icons for notifications, so you know you have some and from which apps.
