The only problem with Samsung is apps optimization. Take a picture with the stock camera, post it on social (especially Snapchat) and looks **bleep**ty asf. I don't know why or how this is a big problem for Samsung to fix.
Samsung has no say in that. The app developers have to make changes to thier platforms. There doesn't have to be an agreement for that to happen. The developers probably aren't ever aware that there's an issue. Maybe of more people complained to Samsung they may pass along concerns.
