Galaxy S25I recently upgraded phones to the Galaxy s25 Ultra and now can't access Bluetooth lockboxes. Sentrilock support says it's a phone issue and I would need to wait for an update from Samsung.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have a fix?
Pushing ENTER on the box starts the connection process, but never leads to the box opening. It recognizes the lockbox yet does not release the shackle.

Galaxy S25Please put in an error report through the support tab in the members app. Use the send feedback option. Personally, I don't see how it can be a phone issue, since Bluetooth obviously works. I assume Sentrilock has an app and you can see the box within the app but just can't unlock it. If that's the case, they would be not quite telling you the truth when they say it's a phone issue, not a Sentrilock app issue. But, to know for sure, you need to submit the error report and upload your logs.

Galaxy S25I'm having the same issue with my Galaxy s25. I've been on the phone with SentriLock several times and also been told they can't do anything until Samsung does an update so it's compatible. SentriLock's information says nothing about the Galaxy s25 not being compatible, so I suggested they add that to their info.
The best workaround we could come up with is to download the SentriConnect app to your phone and have the listing agent send you an access code to an alternate email address. (Our primary real estate email addresses won't work because SentriLock has them connected to their system.) That's going to cut into my credibility with other Realtors, but apparently it's either that or have the listing agent come unlock the house, which I've already had to do.
I sincerely hope that SentriLock and Samsung collaborate to fix this problem soon because my next paycheck depends upon being able to use lockboxes. Alternatively, give me my money back for this phone so I can buy one that's already compatible, and SentriLock should refund my user fee for the time I can't use their app.

Galaxy S25I am also checking access prior to heading to the homes so as not to be stuck at the door looking like an **bleep** to my clients.
