Stop screen from waking-charging start and stop

Anybody have a solution to stop the screen from waking when you start and stop charging the S25 ultra? Both wireless charging and by cable the screen will wake for a few seconds and I'd like to disable that. 

My concern is mostly while driving at night and having my phone on a wireless charger or plugged in and when it finishes charging it wakes up at full brightness and is quite distracting. 

My S23 ultra never did this and did not wake the screen. 

I've tried what seems like every setting and every search of forums and Google.

I'm not sure it can be stopped, but you can create a mode or routine (or edit an existing mode) to put the screen in grayscale or lower the brightness when charging, so that when the screen turns on it won't be at full brightness. When you end the routine/mode the brightness will return to normal.  Note:  If you create a mode and you have a watch and you have modes synced, the display options will apply to both. A routine will only apply to the phone.
