Hey everyone. I know that this is a peer to peer platform for Samsung. I just want to know if anyone has any ideas to get the Trade In Adjustment charge pushed through. I ran into some money problems not long after I got my S25 Ultra and changed my mind about trading in my S24 Ultra. The system is not letting me update the payment info so I can get the charge pushed through. Could anyone give me some tips on how to get this done? Customer support is not working as no one seems to understand what im saying or trying to do. (aka foriegners) Im just trying to get the right thing done. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest trying to reach out to the E-Commerce department to see if they can provide some assistance

I have done so and I get the same thing from that. Foreigners who dont seem to get or understand what im trying to do. Im not bashing them at all. They just dont seem to understand the simplicity of what im saying or trying to do. The last one I talked to said that i have to pay the chargeback when I had clearly stated prior to that point that im trying to to pay the chargeback after having some financial difficulties.

I just find it irritating that I am trying to do the right thing and unnecessary complexity is getting added to the circumstances. Im a long distance trucker and I know what unnecessary complexity looks like.

Me too. I have always had high regards for Samsung products all the way back to the original Galaxy S. Their smart TVs and soundbars are great.
