if you don't manually check software update it will automatically check it over wifi and will push out on phone and then you can install it right?

Ya, supposedly, but you have to restart to install it

Meaning it updated in the background while still being able to use your device while it updates.

I still have not got the update. I'm using a Galaxy s25 plus unlocked on AT&T.
