So just bought a new s25 ultra . So when I have the speaker phone on and move the phone the top and bottom speaker cuts out . Sooo **bleep** off never owned a Samsung bout the top model spent $1,500 and I have a problem out of the box already ? Really ??? Then customer service tells me i have to buy another phone and they will reimburse me ? Then the color i have now is out of stock so i have to settle with a color I don't want .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        I have taken it to u BRAKE i FIX lazy and  incompetent .  They don't hear anything .  They say its only switching  because it only comes out the bottom speaker ONLY.  NOT TRUE   .  Then they say its just the sound traveling B.S !  Every one else can hear what its doing . This whole experience as been a nightmare ! There are no Samsung retail stores in TAMPA . That i can take it too. At least Apple has an Apple store in Tampa!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      I I WILL NEVER OWN A SAMSUNG DEVICE AGAIN ! FIRST AND LAST TIME !                                                                                                                                                                                Also its unlocked so it still is working on   DEC 1 ,2024   SOFTWARE  !                                            DO BETTER SAMSUNG , DO BETTER !

Well, if the device is not satisfactory and the service is not up to your standards, then if you're still within the return window, send it back for a refund.

I'm sure this really bites right now, but one has to weigh the inconvenience for a refund or wait to get it fixed.

Well it's been nothing but a nightmare. You buy a brand new phone. It has an issue you call Samsung. They put a ticket on it, they're in another country.They don't do much of anything. I live in tampa, florida, apparently.There's no samsung retailers around here. So they send me to you break, I fix, I go there. They don't hear the problem. I go next door to another wireless carrier.I have him listen to the phone.He hears it right away. He tells me don't go there. They're not really good over there. They got a lot of bad reviews. I go somewhere else. The other guy hears it, yeah, he's like, I don't want to do anything with the phone it's brand new. So I call up Samsung, and they tell me to purchase another phone which I did, and they're gonna reimburse me and to send back the old phone okay, no problem. So he sends me a link to purchase the same exact phone and everything I wasn't home at the time. I get home, I go to the link and they're out of the colors I want. And I only have a certain window to return the phone. The color I want it was white, titanium or blue. I have the white now. They were out of the white in the blue when he sent me the link, so I was gonna get the jet black, but the jet black wouldn't get there in time. Because I only have a certain amount of window to return the phone. So I had to get a color that I didn't even want.

I did a trade in on a pixel and I asked the guy in the philippines, because that's where their call center is. To refund me my money and he said it's going to be difficult, because of ur trade in. Just a pain of the **bleep**! Samsung should send you out a new phone with a return label so u can send the problem phone back .

Wait, you traded in your $1500 S25 ultra for the Pixel? Google loved that I bet. Also, you cannot expect a refund for purchased device that can no longer be returned.

Now at time bring Google does not have the S25 series as eligible trade in devices. So that trade in had to have occurred elsewhere.

Noo!! I traded my pixel for a new Galaxy S25 ultra. The phone is brand new, still under warranty, less than a week old. I should be able to trade it in its a p.o.s!

Ok I misread (I do that sometimes). Since the device is less than a week old, send it back for a full refund. I'm being sincere if you are truly that unhappy with it.

If you could trade it in, you'd lose money because your purchase was based overall on that $1500 price tag. Also, I AFAIK, the S25 is ineligible to be traded in for another phone brand. In any case I hope things get sorted out so that it benefits your needs and satisfaction with whichever way you go.

The device is less than seven days old and I have until the seventh of next month to return it. Which I am returning it, and I had to buy another phone which they promised Samsung's gonna reimburse me. So then it's another fifteen hundred dollars, and then they're trying to switch my trade in from the old phone that I have now that i'm sending back to the new phone that I just bought, it's just been a cluster f u c k !

Lol .. that's because im **bleep** off at Samsung $1500 **bleep** phone! No quality testing . I would expect this on a cheep $200 dollar phone. Not on a flag ship phone! That the only changed the frame ,processor ,and camera.
