The activity tracker on my Watch 7 keeps going off. It says I have set activity goals and will today be the day I meet them. How do I change this or turn it off? It is annoying as all get out as it keeps going off at random times.

Yes.
- Open the Samsung Health app on your watch.
- Click on Steps
- Scroll to the bottom
