You can pair the watch with your car, and you can use BT audio to play music stored on your watch, but if you need to actually look at the map, I don't think it will go to the screen, but you will still get the turn by turns on the watch - the audio will probably come through the speakers, but I get the buzz on my wrist and sneak a quick glance if I need to. Since you probably will use the music more than the navigation, this should be an acceptable workaround. On short trips, I usually know where I am going, although I do tend to confuse the locations of my various doctor's offices.
