Can't get cellular added to my watch 6

Every time I try to activate my esim in my watch it states the the phone is not compatible. I have a watch 6 and a Zfold 4. 

Anyone else run it to issues with this?

@AlyceMari Since AT&T sells that model, they should be able to figure it out.

They said its a samsung issue

Carrier's always reply with that. You can ask to talk to AT&T technical support.

I did talk to AT&T tech support and they said its a software issue
