Right now, I'm able to add 200 photos to my watch. Apple watches are able to do an almost unlimited amount of both photos and videos, and they synchronize perfectly. Why can't Samsung do that? I have 32gb of storage and it's basically empty?

Unlimited would be impossible on any watch, due to the limited amount of storage possible on such a small device. If you can get virtually unlimited content on an Apple, they must either be heavily compressing or storing partially in the cloud. In any case, who needs to carry that many photos with them at all times anyway?  If you are so impressed with Apple's photo storage capacity, why not just stick with Apple? Also, the watch storage capacity includes the OS, room to install updates, - in other words, it's not strictly for the consumer's use.

They have an impressive number of pictures able to be stored. They also have the ability to add videos. With the storage I have empty in my watch I could fit thousands.
