Galaxy Watch
Go to the wearable app > watch settings > Health > Heart rate and set it to measure continuously.
To check your heart rate in the health app, scroll down a bit and you can find the option( 2nd screenshot)

Galaxy Watchhi have you got the classic or the Ultra. i have just got the ultra and once it was set up went straight to my phone and brought everything health wise over. on my phone every other day it sends a report to my doctors if i get stressed out or up tight. and it also takes my ECG.
Got samsung 55" tv, got 22 ultra phone, watch 5, tab, and e book, all good and love them all
