Copying large voice recordings to phone

I have a voice recording that is over 2 hours long number 114, and number 113 that is over 45 minutes long. Is there for some reason is not copying to my phone? Is there any particular reason why this would happen on a large file versus a short one that's a few seconds like number 115?

Is there a way to access the recordings directly on your watch bypassing the voice recording program on the phone? These were rather important recordings and I want to preserve them.
