Looks like samsungs servers are down again for the galaxy watch4😕 

UPDATE: since this post I have been able to get my watch to update.

There's a fairly new post where someone has the issue with their phone, so it seems the T-Mobile issue is creeping back in

My galaxy 4 watch won't update to UI4.5, it keeps saying the server has reached its download limit for the day. For 3 days now. Any ideas? My wife has the same watch and downloaded right away. Already did reset twice.

You must be on T-Mobile

They've been notorious for this problem ... a search will confirm it 👍

When my watch 4 has an update but it won't update its the LTE

 one but I only use it on Bluetooth I don't understand why it's not updating my phone had 2 security patches with in a few days

You no doubt are on T-Mobile

It's a know issue with T-Mobile.... if you search in here, you'll see countless posts ... only hope is to try again every few hours

My phone is on tmobile but the watch I bought straight out from best buy and its not connected
