Galaxy WatchShort battery life on new Galaxy 7 watch made even worse by the fact that the watch is not compatible with Galaxy S23 power sharing. What is Samsung thinking when features are not compatible. I read about short battery life, but figured I could just strap it to the phone for quick boost. Old Galaxy watch was compatible for power share. Disappointing to say the least.

Galaxy WatchAs to Battery life, it takes about a week to 10 days to learn your usage patterns. The battery will get better!

Galaxy WatchHi there!
>>If you have just recently gotten your watch, the battery life will get better in a week! The watch just takes a while to learn your usage patterns.
If it is not recently purchased, you can restart your watch to go to the recovery settings and clean cache partition. This can improve battery life. Here are the steps:
- On your watch, press and hold the home and back button simultaneously until screen goes black. (do not worry about the power settings that will appear, ignore that)
- Once the Samsung logo appears, let go of the buttons and then quickly double-press the home button. It will give you some options.
- To go down where it says "Recovery", you want to click the home button until it highlights "Recovery".
- To select "Recovery", press and hold the home button.
- The Samsung logo will pop up and after some waiting you'll be in recovery mode. After that, you can swipe up and down to scroll through the menu.
- Scroll down with your finger and make sure that "wipe cache partition" is highlighted. To select, simply press the home button.
Hope this helps your battery issue!
>>For the power sharing-- Unfortunately, due to the redesign of the Watch 7 sensors and such, power sharing is no longer supported on the watch 7.
