I have been a loyal customer to Samsung for years

And I'm disappointed I can't conect my S24 Plus to my Frontier watch. They say the software of s 24 doesn't support my watch. So now I have a smart watch that isn't so smart anymore. I will be rethinking when I go to purchase my next phone....

With all due respect, the watch is from 2016, making it an 8-year-old watch.
Samsung phones no longer support Tizen as they have adopted Google's Wear OS. When purchasing devices, one should understand that software support eventually expires. As pertains to mobile devices, this is a similar situation.

The introduction of Wear OS was accompanied by the launch of the Watch 4 series.

That watch is too old and outdated you need to buy a newer model . Even if you buy another brand is the same situation.
