Galaxy WatchHey everyone. My watch did the update about a week ago and has been acting funny. This morning it opened the galaxy store then immediately went into emergency call and froze. While it froze it started heating up.

Galaxy WatchIt sounds like your watch had an overheating condition. This sometimes happens after updates. When the watch overheats, all functions stop until it cools down and the watch protects itself by turning off wi-fi, Bluetooth and cell service - hence the emergency calling. After an update to the watch, you should do two things. After the setup installs, unlock the watch to make sure it completes. When complete, reboot the watch again and repeat the unlock/completion process. When the second process is done, reboot into maintenance mode and wipe the cache parturition to get rid of any leftover bits of the update. In most situations, this will prevent the overheating. You can delete the cache partition at any time.
If your watch overheats once, it's not a real problem and will correct itself, if it continually overheats, there's a problem. Check what's running in the background. In most cases, however, a simple reboot will clear this up.
