I've been noticing that my Galaxy Watch Ultra receives notifications a good while after I receive them on my phone, sometimes more than 10 minutes later. This is frustrating; sometimes I cannot use my phone to respond to messages, and I have no way to do so because they did not appear on the watch. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
You can run the available diagnostics for the watch and the phone and see if any problems come up. In addition, here in the Members app in the Support tab, you can create an error report describing your problem which will go to Samsung tech support along with logging data from the phone.
